We currently deliver across all major cities in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and more. If you're in a remote area, delivery times may vary slightly.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days in major cities. For remote areas, please allow up to 5–7 business days. We’ll keep you updated with tracking information.

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 4,999 only for KARACHI. For orders below this, a standard delivery fee will apply at checkout.

Yes, we offer 7-day hassle-free returns and exchanges on most products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the issue. We’ll arrange a quick replacement or refund based on the situation.
